2) Create a Google Presentation about 6 Second Industrial Revolution Figures, named "2nd Industrial Revolution."
You must have 14 slides total.

*Provide a paragraph that explains the biggest error in thinking World War I would be the war to end all wars. Do not simply say because another war followed but rather explain the error in thinking of those who said WWI would be the war to end all wars. (10 pt)
*Read today's news at google news. You may choose to look at QC online as well for local news. Write one page summary of the top stories. (12 pt)
Day 16: 6/25 Test Answer Form
Day 17: 6/26 Lesson I Lesson II First, read thru lessons. You may want to take notes. Then complete the following assignment.
Over the next few lessons you create a presentation in Google Drive. When clicking the "create" button in drive, select "presentation" (very similar to power point.) Your presentation must be at least 7 slides but must include all of the below information:
*Morals (look at Amendments just prior to the 1920s as well as crime, education, etc.—hint, this is a decade of mob/mafia control) – 5 key elements
*Money (throughout the entire decade—try to show where money came from; it wasn’t all earned honestly) – 4 key elements
*Catch phrases/words - what people actually said – your five favs.
*Clothing, hairstyles, etc. – 3 key female elements, 3 key male elements
*Music and Dance styles– 5 key elements
Your presentation must be 75% pictures (all labeled), and 25% stand alone words that represent the Era. Do not repeat elements, or pictures. Be creative and take your time to make a thorough project. You may use information from the lessons and other reputable sources. The first slide will be the "cover/title" page, and the last will be a works cited slide. You will give links/credit to the sources you used.
Day 18: 6/27 Watch the "Great Gatsby"
Day 19: 6/30- Make up any missing assignments. If you are all caught up, take 20 notes from the Lesson !!!! We will finish the Great Gatsby.
